Cancellation Policy

In order to provide the best service to all clients and maintain an efficient schedule, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee, calculated based on the total cost of the booked services.
